As a substitute for having it with bread, attempt sticks of carrots and peppers.

5. Couscous Salad 
   An extraordinary summery lunch -arrange the couscous consistent with the parcel and include mint, parsley, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, sunflower seeds, olive oil and lemon. Yummy!
